Celebrating the next-generation launch of NBA 2K21 for the new PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles, 2K launched a virtual event generating excitement and engagement for millions of viewers worldwide.
The 24-hour streaming event, 2KFest, showcased the game, its history, its fans, and its unique position in the worlds of sport, fashion, art, and culture.
The global, multi-language broadcast featured musical performances from 88Rising, Quavo, and Saweetie and original content with NBA stars Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, Kevin Durant, and Zion Williamson.

Below are sample transitions that were used to illustrate visual direction for client approval. I worked alongside the editing and post production team to craft these pieces. I procured the stock and sample transitions that were used as references and then layered into the rough cuts. From the we employed multiple edit rounds to get our segments broadcast ready.
